Our story

Far Shoreline is an award-winning audio production company, based in London, UK.

We make radio programmes for the BBC.

We produce podcasts for all kinds of organisations, large and small, public and private, helping them connect with their audiences, enhancing their brands.

We offer tailor-made media training and other bespoke production-led services.

Far Shoreline was set up in 2014 by Dan Shepherd. Dan’s been a radio producer for over twenty years. He’s worked for the BBC Academy, training producers from around the world. He’s taught radio to postgraduate students. And he’s made critically acclaimed BBC documentary features.

What the UK press have said about some of our programmes….
